Abbey Giedraitis | An artist & mother capturing the beauty of nature & life.
Born and raised in the NW suburbs of Denver (Arvada/Westminster), Abbey is heavily inspired by mountain landscapes, as well as the desert, since her husband is from Tucson, AZ where they frequently visit.
Abbey uses watercolor, colored pencil and acrylic paint to create dream-like, whimsical and vivid illustrations of nature. Whatever the subject matter may be, she loves to utilize color or texture to evoke her feelings and emotions she experiences.
She creates her paintings out of her home in Westminster, while raising her two young children (6 and 2) as a stay-at-home mom. Abbey sells fine art archival canvas and watercolor paper prints in her online art shop and at local artisan markets.
